Refund policy

As all products are printed only when an order is placed, exchange of these products are only possible if there’s an issue with the product quality, print quality or delivery of the wrong product, size or colour. In such a case, we will exchange the product with you, within 7 working days, without any extra charges. We request you to contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Used or washed products and products without tags cannot be exchanged.

If you wish to cancel your order, we request you to contact us as soon as possible, and we'll cancel your order and refund the full amount paid by you. Orders once processed for printing cannot be cancelled.

All refunds shall be processed within 2 to 3 working days and credited to the source account within 3 to 5 working days.
